David Gilstrap Gray

David Gilstrap Gray age 82, of Austell died Monday, December 14. Mr. Gray is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Bessie Evangeline Gray; daughter, Cydney Marie Barton; brothers, Samuel Donald Gray and Joseph Michael Gray; grandchildren, Matthew Barton, David Barton and Kelly Mueller and one great-grandchild, Owen Kent Mueller. Mr. Gray served honorably in the United States Navy during the Korean War and went on to retire from the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller. He was also amember of the American Legion Post# 0156. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 16 from 5 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at 11 am, Thursday, December 17 at Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
