William Carl Surber 90, of Jacksonville, AL died Monday, February 11th at Jacksonville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He is survived by his son, Rick Surber and daughter, Janice Naylor. In accordance with his wishes his body was cremated. A committal service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, February 28that Paulding Memorial Gardens 3566 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy Hiram, GA.
