William Edward Scott, Sr, age 65 of Mableton died Sunday, September 6. He is survived by his children, William Edward Scott Jr of Mableton, Bobby Ray Newsome of Austell, Terry Lee Allen Scott of Rockmart and Cassandra Lynn Cook of Lagrange; his brother, Charles Henderson of Conyers, 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Scott's body will be cremated. The family will hold a private committal service.
