Wendell Wilbanks

Wendell Wilbanks, 49 of Austell, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019. He is survived by his wife Anne Wilbanks of Austell; sister and brother-in-law Vivian Wilbanks Whiteheadand Glenn Whitehead of Cumming, GA; brother Terry Wilbanks of Mableton; nieces and nephews, Pamela Furry of Flowery Branch, GA, Kate Snyder of Clarksburg, MD,Jennifer Wilbanks and Corey Wilbanks of Mableton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Shirley Wilbanks, and his brother, Jeff Wilbanks. Wendell worked as a general contractor for many customers who knew they could depend on him to do the best job possible. He loved antiques and enjoyed refinishing furniture. More than anything he loved his family. A memorial service to celebrate Wendell's life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Smyrna Second Baptist Church, 2698 Atlanta Road, Smyrna, GA 30080. Please, no flowers. The family requests that donations be made to a Memorial Fund to help with expenses.
