Virginia Wade Voyles, 82, of Mableton, GA, passed away on April 25, 2018. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents James and Lucy Wade, her loving husband James Voyles and her son Charles Michael Voyles. She is survived by her son James Edwin Voyles of Dallas, GA; her sister, Elaine Wade Brock of Mableton, GA; grandchildren Heather Royal, Ashlee Greene, Donavan Mills, Savannah Voyles and Taryn Voyles, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In 1952 Virginia was a member of the final graduating class of Austell High School and from there she went on to attend Southern Business University.After working locally in the Mableton and Austell communities, she went on to work for the State of Georgia, all while enjoying her life as wife, mother and Church Clerk at Glen Forest Baptist Church. When not spending time with her family, Virginia was a voracious reader cataloging thousands of titles in her personal library and she was a loyal NASCAR fan. Roy Davis Funeral Home will provide the arrangements and there the family will receive friends on Saturday, April 28 from 5 to 7 pm. The funeral services will be held at the Roy Davis Chapel, Sunday, April 29 at 3 pm with burial following at Mt. Pisgah Church Cemetery.
