Virginia Johns Peavy

Virginia Johns Peavy 92 of Mableton, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Henry and Eva Johns on June 18, 1928. Aside from raising her own children, she ran a daycare for 45 years. A member of Mount Harmony Baptist Church.She was loving and giving soul. She was loved and will be dearly missed. She is survived by her four daughters: Barbara Ann Dunton of Mableton, Geneva Lynn Fuller (Burl) of Cumming, Ga, Becky Jean Hodnett (Louis) of Wake Forest, NC, and Ginger Edwards of Hiram, Ga. She has seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, and one living sister, Lilly Belle Caldwell of Douglasville. She is preceded in death by her husband JC Peavy. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to Calvary Children’s Home.
