Victor Marlon Foster

Victor Marlon Foster Jr. passed away Friday, December 27, 2019. He was born August 1, 1951 in Atlanta, Georgia to Victor Foster Sr. and Juliette Bennett Foster. Victor was a loving partner, brother, uncle, and friend. He was “Jack of All Trades” He is survived by his partner of Sixteen years Susie Williams, His brother; Kermit Randall Kuhn of Winston, and his sister; Yvonne (Bobby) Wolfenbarger of Carrollton. He has several nieces and nephews, including great nieces and nephews. Victor is preceded in death by his parents of Mableton and a sister Brenda Dell Kuhn of Douglasville.
