Tim Lee Kirby

March 7, 1955 — December 2, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tim Lee Kirby, a beloved brother, uncle, and friend, who left us on Monday, December 2nd, 2024, at the age of 69. Tim was a resident of Powder Springs.
Born on Monday, March 7th, 1955, Tim was the son of the late Ralph Paul Kirby and Betty Jean Kirby. He was also preceded in death by his beloved spouse, Carol Kirby. Tim is survived by his siblings, Walter Kirby, Ginger Kirby, Paula Kirby, and Angie Kirby, as well as several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
Tim was a proud graduate of Douglas County High School, where he was an active member of the football team. His passion for sports continued throughout his life as a dedicated fan of the Georgia Bulldogs. Tim was also an avid reader and had a unique interest in raising game chickens. His Jack Russell Terrier was a constant companion, bringing joy to his days.
A self-employed entrepreneur, Tim owned and operated a repair and sales shop specializing in fixing and repairing vacuums. His dedication to his craft and his customers was evident in the quality of his work and the relationships he built over the years.
Arrangements for Tim's memorial have been entrusted to Roy Davis Funeral Home. As we gather to celebrate his life, we remember Tim for his kindness, his love for family, and his unwavering spirit. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.
