Sybil Evelyn Woods

Sybil Evelyn Woods, 86, of Austell, died November 22, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Georgianna Ramey; son, Dan Woods; brothers, James Barnes, Robbie Harold Barnes; sister, Peggy Maxwell; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Sybil was an active member of Concord Baptist Church, enjoyed gardening, spending time with her family, and was also a volunteer at C.A.M.P. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George Woods. Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 26 from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock pm at Roy Davis Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock am on Wednesday, November 27 at Concord Baptist Church in Mableton with Pastor Richard Wilkins officiating. The body will lie in state from 10:30 to 11:00 am. Interment will be at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Carrollton.
