Steve Daniel Dodd

Steve Daniel Dodd, age 67, passed away in Austell, Georgia on December 18, 2020. Steve was born in Austell, Georgia, to the late Horace Dodd and Naomi Cochran Dodd. Steve was a Construction Supervisor with U.S. Homes, when he retired he enjoyed volunteering with MUST Ministry. He had a special place in his heart for the lord and could often be found ministering to prisoners in Fulton County. He believed in rehabilitation and was a supporter of those who were striving to better themselves, everyone deserves a second chance. Steve loved the Braves, his family, and his church - Mt. Harmony. He could often be found hanging with his homies at Martins, enjoying companionship and coffee with his church brothers. Steve is survived by his wife Brenda Baxter, son Dusty Dodd, grandchildren; Dakota Dodd, Sierra Nicole, Cheyenne Dodd. Sisters; Karen (Jimmy) Hall, and Beverly Spann. Nephew and Nieces; Jeremy Hall, Allison Williams, Katy Spann, and several great nephew and nieces. The family will receive friends and family from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Monday, December 28, 2020. Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in the chapel of Roy Davis Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens.
