Sophie Plona Grzlak Lake

Sophie Plona Grzlak Lake, 88 formerly of Cleveland, OH, died Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at her home in Acworth, GA. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Vincent Lake; son, Ronald V. Lake of Kennesaw, GA; daughter, Susan Lamb of Dallas, GA; sister, Jane Keaveney of Strongsville, OH; and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Cannon of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her son, Dale W. Lake. She was a loving wife and mother. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tranquility Community Hospice, 4040 Hospital West Drive, Austell, GA 30106. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
