Shirley G. Brown

Shirley Gurnell Brown, age 68 of Austell died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Tranquility Hospice in Austell.She is survived by her son, Patrick Watts of Austell; daughter, Shannon Voyles of Prattville, AL; stepchildren, Rogina Martin , Patricia Brown, Timothy Brown, Troy Brown; siblings, Roger Attaway, Glen Ned Attaway, Ronald Wade Attaway, Jeff R. Attaway, Peggy Ward, Wanda Almond, Glenda Grantham, Donna Massey, 18 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was born on March 10, 1946 to the late Roger and Annie Attaway.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Eugene Brown who passed in November of 1999.She was a homemaker, hair stylist and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. A private gathering will be held at a later date.
