Shan Michelle Ray

Shan George Ray, 47, of Mableton, Georgia, passed away January 19, 2015.She attended South Cobb High School and was a well loved hairstylist in the metro Atlanta area.She is survived by her husband, Shane Ray; 3 children, Brooke, Blake and Charlie Mitchell; 3 grandchildren, Jordyn, Carson and Bentley; grandparents, Charles and Mary Bailey; mother, Dianne Bailey; stepfather, Rick George; 2 sisters, Rhonda Jones (Peter) and Melissa Hooper; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Morgan and stepfather, Billy Hooper. There will be a celebration of Shan's life on Saturday, January 24th at the home of Heath Mitchell, 250 Hardwood Lane, Carrollton, Georgia 30116.The pastor-led bonfire service will begin at 4 pm and will be a family oriented event. If we had a flower for every time you made us smile and laugh, we'd have a garden to walk in forever.
