Sandra Louise Mills Blair, age 74 of Lithia Springs, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Tranquility Hospice, Austell.A memorial service will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Marion Beaver officiating.She is survived by her sons, Van (Debbie) Blair of Centre, Al, Tony Blair of Lawrence Kansa, David Blair and Scott Blair of Douglasville; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Van and Louise Mills, husband, Donald Blair and daughter, Cindy Louise Blair. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to "Barbara's Dream" a fund to raise monies for building a new church in Benin, West Africa.Memorial donations may be sent to Lithia Springs United Methodist Church, PO Box 627, 3711 Temple Street, Lithia Springs, GA 30122
