Ruth Irene Standridge, age 83 of Waynesboro, PA, died Saturday, October 4, 2008.She was born in Paulding County, Georgia on April 17, 1925, daughter of the late Clarence Smith and Grace Pate Smith Meek.Mrs. Standridge is survived by her daughter, Joyce Garmon of Royston, GA; son, Charles Standridge of Waynesboro, PA; three grandchildren; brothers, Pete Meek of Douglasville, and Lloyd Smith of Austell. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 3:00 pm from the chapel of Roy Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Braswell officiating; interment, Sunrise Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11:00 am until time of service.
