Ruby Marlene Knight Golden

Ruby Marlene Knight Golden, 79 of Dallas, passed away at home on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. She was born on July 8, 1940 in Atlanta, the daughter of Clarence and Sarah Knight. She was a lifelong resident of Reynoldstown, having attended Faith Elementary School and Roosevelt High School. She was a Christian who loved Southern Gospel Music and an enthusiastic herbalist. She truly loved her family and will be greatly missed by them. Mrs. Golden was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Golden. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Rebecca Cosby & Jon Elliott, Karen Pittman, Aleisha Golden and Michelle & Ricky Woods; grandchildren, Daniel, Jeff, Matt, Chasidy, Kacy, Andrew, Lexi, Mitchell, Wayne, Ryan, Aaron, Nicki, Austin and Taylor; 13 great grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Sterling & Tootie Golden, Earl & Pat Golden, Mark Gilstrap and Bobie Peppers; several cousins, and fur babies Pepe and Sammi. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday June 5 at Crest Lawn Memorial Park in Atlanta.
