Robert Eugene Elrod, age 70 of Austell, died Tuesday, December 30, 2008.He is survived by his wife, Glenda Thaxton Elrod; son, Mark Elrod of Lithia Springs; daughters, Lisa Marie Greene of Austell, Juanita Pro of Hiram, Jennifer Shaw of Powder Springs; brother, Larry Elrod of Dallas; 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild.Funeral service, Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Braswell officiating; interment, New Georgia Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
