Ricky Terrell Countryman

Ricky Terrell Countryman, 64, of Bowdon, Ga, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020, after an extended illness, at his home, surrounded by family and friends. Ricky was born on October 27, 1955 to the late Ms. Nellie Sue Countryman, and was raised by and preceded in death by his grandparents, Jewel and G.L. Johnson. He is survived by his wife of over 30, years, Lori Countryman, 3 children, Jennifer Countryman, Phillip Countryman and Katrina Countryman Griffin, along with daughter in law Kayla Countryman, and son in laws Johnny Williams and Chris Griffin as well as 5 grandchildren; Mikael Terrell, Zachary, Jaxon, Nora and Baby Nate. Ricky was known by many as the man that could paint almost anything, loved old cars and music. He could paint a house inside and out with his eyes closed, work on about any car and name most any song played. Ricky was a beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather and he will be “Forever in our Hearts". Memorial/Celebration of Life Services will be held on Ricky’s birthday on October 27, 2020 from 6:00pm till 8:00pm at Chapel Hill Church-Bremen in the Life Center 1031 Alabama Ave., Suite 1009, Bremen, Ga 30110 inside Milltown Shopping Center. The family asks that instead of formal funeral attire, you please be casual and wear jeans and hats and/or dew rags because that’s who he was and what he would have wanted.
