Phillip "Rick" Richard Chastain, age 71 of Atlanta died Thursday, May 28, 2009.He is preceeded in death by his parents, four brothers, and one sister; survived by his Aunt Flora O'Neal and Uncle John O'Neal both of Smyrna; nine nieces, two nephews all of Georgia. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 13, 2009 at Roy Davis Funeral Home at 2:00 pm.The family will recieve friends one hour prior to service.
