Myrtle Ann Dayton

Mrytle Ann Dayton, 75, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away October 4th, 2020. She was born in Cartersville, Georgia to the late Mr. Fred Haney, and Mrs. Margie Lewis Haney. She married Hugh Dayton, and together they raised 3 children. Mrs. Mrytle was an avid Elvis fan, who loved a good yard sale, animals, and gardening in her earlier years. She is preceded in death by her Parents; a Sister; Jonnie Butler, and a Son; Johnny Dayton. Mrs. Mrytle is survived by her loving Husband Hugh, and Daughters; Cindy (Doug) Briard, and Vickie (David) Portier. Grandchildren; Dustan (Bree) Dayton, Morgan Dayton, Nicole Chambers, Julia Portier, Brandon Portier, and Luke Portier. Great Grandchildren; Sawyer Dayton, and Taylor Chambers. She also leaves behind a Sister; Sue Johnson, and Brother; Cecil Haney. The Family will hold a Graveside Service on Sunday, October 11th, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Mountain View Park Cemetery in Marietta, Georgia. All flower arrangements may be sent to Roy Davis Funeral Home.
