Misty Leigh Wilson

Misty Leigh Wilson, age 54 of Austell, GA passed away from her earthly life to her eternal home at 2:04 am on March 17, 2025.  She passed peacefully in the hospital after a hard battle with the flu.  She is survived by her husband, Marcelo Nolazco; son Justin; siblings Kenny Becker, Keith (Rena) Becker, Kim (Gary) Lenger, Craig McCoy. Grandchildren, Austin Carter, Kaydin, Kaysin and Lilly Jo Melloway.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Brenda Vaughn, Kenneth Melloway, and her son Cory Lawrence.

She was born on April 22, 1970. Her dad was in the military, so she was fortunate enough to live in Hawaii for a time. She was an avid dog lover and would have kept all the strays if she could. Her laugh was contagious. She may be gone from our presence, but she will live on in our memories.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Roy Davis Funeral Home, 5935 Mulberry Street, Austell, GA 30168. Funeral Services will be at the Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2025.
