Michael Gene Gaylor

Michael Gene Gaylor, 39 of Jonesboro, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2020. He is survived by his parents, Mike and Gena Gaylor; sister, Ashley Turner; brothers Brandon Gaylor and Matthew Gaylor, all of Jonesboro; niece and nephew, Peyton Gaylor and Thackery Gaylor of Tennessee; aunts and uncles, Ann Marie & Bobby Smith of Villa Rica, Tracie & Steve Thomas of Mableton, Donnie & Renee Gaylor of Dallas, Dena Gaylor of Mableton, Dan Gaylor of Temple and Susan Gresham of Villa Rica; cousins, Robbie Gaylor, Alexis Gaylor, Chelsi Womack, Hayley Mims, Shelby Smith, Joshua Smith, Justin Gaylor and Anna Gaylor; and his dog, Star. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Martha Gaylor and Eugene and Margaret Deese; uncles, Rodney Gaylor and Michael Deese; aunt, Cindy Stanridge, and cousin Brandon Gaylor. Michael was loved so much and touched the souls of so many people in his life. He worked as a chef and always enjoyed cooking. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm Saturday, January 18 at Roy Davis Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday, January 19, in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Smyrna.
