Michael Steven Domaleski passed away on Tuesday, October 27th, 2020 at the age of 70. He was born September 11th, 1950 to Edward Joseph Domaleski, Sr. and Margie Jean Gorbant. Mike is survived by his wife Marcie Nantz Domaleski; children Jeanie Marie Dutton, Stephanie Michelle (Terry) Braswell, Charles Richard Shell, and Jay Paul Childers; grandchildren Timothy Dutton, Kayla Dutton, Luke Shell, and Zack Shell; 1 great-grandchild Emmett Dutton. He is also survived by his sister Margie Kay (Bertrand) Robben and brother Edward J. (Jeannie) Domaleski, Jr., and many nieces and nephews. Mike was a proud Army veteran, having served with the 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War. He worked as an electronics teacher and as a highly regarded mechanic at Tune-Up Clinic and Texaco Service Centers in Metro Atlanta. Mike cared deeply for his family and his friends. He was more than willing to speak up for others. Mike enjoyed taking cruises with Marcie and their close friends. Mike was an animal lover and especially cared for his cats Peaches and Izzy. Mike will be interned at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton on November 10th in a private service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
