Linda "Gail" Willoughby

Linda “Gail” Willoughby, 78 of Cedartown, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023. She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Jack) McCracken; sons, Tim (Tisa) Willoughby and Tony (Jessica) Willoughby; sister, Janice Wallace; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, and several extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bertha Stephens; brother Jerry Stephens; and her beloved husband, Charles “Junior” Willoughby.

Gail loved being with her family, and was always so proud of her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and cooking, as well as working puzzles, playing bingo, and listening to music. She especially enjoyed traveling to casinos to play the slot machines. Gail was a long-time resident of Austell, and moved to Cedartown after retiring from the Cobb County School System. She will be dearly missed by all her knew her.

The funeral service for Gail Willoughby will be 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 22, at Roy Davis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday, February 21, and from 11 am until service time on Wednesday.
