Leocadia Lopez

Leocadia Lopez 74 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2023.She was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico to the late Raymond and Leocadia Rivera Lugo on December 21, 1948.

Ms. Leo spent most of her life in Gary, Indiana where she retired from the Gary Community School Corporation after 40 years of service. She relocated to Georgia in 2016. She Loved her family and spending time with them, she also enjoyed shopping and traveling. She was loved so deeply and missed beyond measure.

Ms. Leo is survived by her daughter Maria Faber, her 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and a sister Josephine Perez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings Cesar Lugo, Victor Lugo, Jose Lugo, Eileen Marrero, Gloria Lugo, and Norma Rivera Lugo.
