Lavarnie "Loni" Johnson

LaVarnie "Loni" Johnson age 81 of Marietta, Ga. transitions to her heavenly home on Monday evening, January 13, 2020. Originally from Pennsylvania, she was the first woman to be transferred by Ebasco Services - (a design and constructor of power plans). A loving and supportive mother to her two children with a love beyond reproach. A loyal and trusted friend, who was always there in good and bad times. Survivors include daughter Katrina Young and her partner, Kelley Longdin. Preceded in death by her husband Albert Johnson and son Timothy Young. Loved and admired by many, she will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, give someone a hug, speak those words of encouragement or simple kind word. Place a smile on your face and a joy in your heart knowing, she is in heaven surrounded by the ones she loved that have preceded her on this journey.
