Catherine "Katie" Louise Vazquez, age 44 of Smyrna died March 1, 2010.She is survived by her children, Randy Burgess of Smyrna, Tara Vazquez, Juan Vazquez Jr., Estevan Vazquez all of Acworth, father of her children, Juan Vazquez of Smyrna. She was born on August 2, 1965 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Gary and Cheryl Ann Matheny. A memorial service is planned for 4 pm Monday, March 8, 2010 at Roy Davis Funeral Home.
