Judy Barbara Russell 51 passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020. She is survived by her children; Laticia Jackson, Erica and her husband Paris Holtz, Crystal Jackson, and Douglas Jackson. She has 3 grandchildren; Crew Jackson, Wynter Holtz, and Crimson Jackson, her father Douglas Dyer, siblings; Philip Dyer, and Jeanette Dyer. A host of other friends and family. Judy was a truly one of a kind, unique, pure, and beautiful soul. She was kind beyond measure. She was patient and sweet, a friend to all. Beloved mother and grandmother, devoted companion to many, she loved the outdoors, traveling, cooking, painting, animals, and her family more than anything in the world. She will be dearly missed. Though she was only in our lives for a short time, her love burns bright enough in our hearts to last for all eternity. There are no services at this time
