Joyce Emma Broome

Joyce Emma Broome, 84 of Austell, passed away at her home on December 17, 2019. She was born in Carroll County on October 6, 1935, the daughter of Henry Harris and Seba Webb Harris. She is survived by her children, Lynn Broome of Austell, Coleen Camp of Powder Springs and Terry (Sharon) Broome of Powder Springs; brothers, Steve Harris and Bobby Harris, both of Carrolton; grandchildren, Eric (Jennifer) Anderson, Latasha (Chris Echols) Broome, Jeff Hunt and Candace (Lou) Vite; great grandchildren, Kinsey Anderson, Kaydence Anderson, Kelsey Anderson, Katelyn Anderson, Carlos Camp, Julie Rivera, Brian Vite and Charlie Broome. She was preceded in death in 2013 by her husband, Harold Broome. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 20, beginning at 11:00 am. The procession to the cemetery will begin at 1:30 pm, with a graveside service at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm.
