Johnny Dorsey Poole Sr.

Mr. Johnny Dorsey Poole Sr., age 69 of Lithia Springs, died Monday, October 25, 2010.A native of Austell, he was born on December 30, 1940 to the late Dorsey and Odessa Mae Watkins Poole. He is survived by his sons, Johnny Dorsey Poole Jr. of Douglasville, Clayton Poole of Villa Rica; daughter, Deborah Poole Hitchcock of Acworth; brothers, Barry Poole of Mableton, Berle Poole of Hiram; sister, Sherry Baker of Temple, 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday 2:00 pm at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Poole retired after 30 years service at Lockheed Martin as a tool maker; served in the US Army.
