John David Knowles

John David Knowles, age 59, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Villa Rica, Georgia. John was born September 22, 1961 in Portsmith, Virginia to the late Mr. Arthur Boma Knowles and Helen Kurtz Knowles. John was a music lover, and avid concert goer – best concert ever, The Killers. He loved to travel, was a true Georgia sports fan who supported his Falcons, Dawgs, and Braves. He enjoyed dancing and would be the first to bust a move, John loved life, and those in his life. He was a strong family-oriented man, who often put others needs above his own. Those who knew him will miss him dearly. John is preceded in death by his parents, brother Arthur Knowles, and son, Boma Knowles. He is survived by his wife Carol Kahn, sons, John Knowles Jr, Jake Kahn, daughters, Leslie Narimore, and Katie Kahn. Siblings, Nancy Rice, Sandi Blair, and James Knowles. The family will be holding a private service.
