Joan Delores Fowler, age 79 of Dallas died Monday, April 24, 2017 at her residence.She is survived by her children, Vanessa Ball of Dallas, Wendell "Tony" Fowler of Hiram, Christopher Fowler of Smyrna; sister, Shirley Swilley of Austell; grandchildren, Matt Champey, Trevor Ball, Meredith Ball. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, at West Ridge Church, 3522 Hiram AcworthHwy, Dallas, GA 30157 with Rev. Paul Richardson officiating.She will lie in state 1 hour prior to the service.Interment will follow the service and will be held at Sweetwater Memorial Park, 4614 Hiram Douglasville Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141.
