Jessie Ann Wetzel Carter, age 81 of Villa Rica died Thursday, June 28, 2017.She is survived by her daughter, Judi (Dale) Dowdy of Bowden; son, Brent (Trisha) Carter of Powder Springs; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.She was a member of Eastern Star, was a past office administrator for Parson Baptist Church and member of Fullerville Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Carter (1986). Jessie Ann Carter was born on December 28. 1935 to the late Lawrance and Doris Wetzel of Ohio. Funeral service will be held 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 2, 2017 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Swafford officiating.The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home on Saturday, July 1, 2017.
