Fowler, Sr., 63, of Austell, died December 7, 2008.He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Peggy Fowler, daughter, Marcella Dawn Fowler of Austell, son Jerry L. and his wife Debbie Fowler, Jr. of Dallas, sisters, Rosa Luallen of Summerville, GA and Doris "Dee" Fowler of Rome, GA, 2 Grandchildren Kara Lynn Fowler and Ressa Hope Fowler both of Dallas.
