Jennie Diane Horne

Jennie Diane Horne 77 of Winston, Georgia passed away Monday, November 6, 2023. She was born in Atlanta, Ga to the late Andrew and Gladys Williams on April 14, 1946.

Jennie was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother, and she adored spending time with her grandchildren. She worked in the restaurant industry for many years before retiring to become a caregiver. She was a devout Christian that loved sharing the Lord's word. Jennie enjoyed art, painting, dancing, and singing; she was fiercely independent and always wanted to get the most out of life. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and James Ricks, her grandchildren; Tiffany Beyazit, with husband Ege Beyazit, Courtney Johnson, Jeramey Ricks, and J. Yancey Ricks Jr., and she has 2 great granddaughters on the way. Jennie is also survived by her siblings Linda Maner, Brenda Willard, Jackie Jewell, Sherwin Bourber, and Kathy Williams, along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will be missed by many friends as well as her surviving family members. Jennie is preceded in death by her son Edward G. "Johnny" Johnson III, and her sister Mary Ann Williams Hall.
