James Lester Waits

James Lester Waits passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, July 21, 2020. He was born in Taylorsville, Georgia on December 24, 1947 to Ivey Lee Waits and Ruby Cox Waits, who have preceded him in death. James is survived by his sons; Jackie Waits, and Bobby Vaughn, his stepchildren; Jeardon and Tammy Henson, Alisa Chambers, and Dusty Powell. James has five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He has a host of other friends and family members. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Donnie, Harold, Jerry, and his sister Jimmy. He was loved and will be greatly missed. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
