Mr. Jack Adams, age 69 of Hiram, Georgia passed away on December 5, 2016.Mr. Adams was born in Jefferson, Georgia in 1947 to Alfred & Juanita Adams.Mr. Adams was the owner of American Forklift Service, Inc. in Austell, Georgia.In his spare time, he enjoyed deer hunting and playing guitar.Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his parents.He leaves to cherish his loving memory, wife, Peggy Adams; children, Patrick Adams and Christie (Jerry) Faulkner; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister Nita (Steve) Lowery; and a host of family, friends and loved ones. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 5:00pm-8:00pm in the Chapel of Roy Davis Funeral Home.A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Roy Davis Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Ivey officiating.Burial will immediately follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Douglasville, Georgia.
