J. T. Voyles

J.T. Voyles 84 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023.

He was born in Mableton, Ga to the late Herman and Maime Voyles on March 3, 1939.

J.T. was a deacon at Solid Rock Church, and a retired truck driver after 50 years of service. He loved playing with the grandbabies and watching wrestling and when wrestling wasn’t on, he watched NASCAR. J.T. was loved by those that knew him and he will be missed beyond measure.

J.T. is survived by his children Cheryl Meeks, and Steven (Nicky) Voyles, his 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Frankie Voyles, and his siblings; Clifford Voyles, Lamar Voyles, Mary Lou Holcomb, Diane Blackston, and Herman Voyles.
