Idalmis Penella

Idalmis Penella, 39, of Marietta Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on 1/16/2022. Idalmis was born on February 7, 1982, to Iraida Amores and Ramiro Rebolledo in Tampa, Florida. After Idalmis graduated from Jefferson HS in 2000, she went on to study Culinary Art at The Art Institute of Tampa. In 2000, Idalmis met Richard (Ricky) Penella at Walgreens. Idalmis and Ricky went on to have two children, Richard D. Penella II and Alina Penella. In 2021, Idalmis and Ricky finally got their Honeymoon time in Paris, one of Idalmis’ dream trips. Idalmis loved spending time with her family, especially time her husband. She loved to read, cook, organize and explore new adventures for the family to experience. Idalmis was predeceased by her father Ramon Sanchez and Ramiro Rebolledo, her grandparents Aida and Ramon Amores. She is survived by her husband, Richard Penella; and children, Richard D. Penella II and Alina Penella, her siblings Amayvis Garcia, Chris Rebolledo and Madalyn Sanchez. Service and memorial will be Sunday February 6th, 2022, at 3pm in Liberty Church Marietta GA, And a family memorial in Tampa FL mid-February. The family will receive visitors and friends in the sanctuary of Liberty Church from 2-3 pm before the service.
