Henry Lyle Sanders

Henry Lyle Sanders "Hank", native of Moulton, AL, age 98, passed away February 3, 2014 after a short illness. He was a long time resident of Austell, Ga.,was an avid fisherman and a Professional Civil Engineer. Hank owned and operated Sanders Engineering Firm located in Austell for many years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Nelle Sanders. He is survived by a son, Henry, and daughter-in-law, Evelyn Sanders of Powder Springs; a daughter, Elizabeth, and son-in-law, Bob Jefferson of Powder Springs; 4 grandchildren and spouses: Christian Sanders of Decatur; Melissa and Jay Collins of Austin, TX; Carrie and Brian Judd of Marietta; Curtis and Sarah Jefferson of Powder Springs; 5 great grandchildren, Hannah, Nathan, and Ruth Judd of Marietta; Grey and Sanders Jefferson of Powder Springs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sweetwater Valley Camp,P.O. Box 802,Austell, GA 30168 Family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Funeral service will be 11 o’clock am Friday at Roy Davis Funeral Home. Burial at Summerville City Cemetery.
