Hazel Barnes

Hazel Barnes age 77, of Temple, passed away on September 14. She is Survived by her children, Patricia Brooks, Terry Greene and Matthew Greene; brother, James Johnson; grandchildren, Christopher Brooks, Brandon Brooks, Austin Brooks and Keirston Brooks and 6 great grandchildren. Ms. Barnes was preceded in death by her husband, Claude and sister Mary. She loved baseball and was a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves. Ms. Barnes loved dogs and spent her free time in her vegetable garden.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, September 20, from 11 am to 1 pm with a funeral service following before interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
