Gloria Jean Turner

Gloria “Jean” Turner 78 of Villa Rica passed away peacefully Friday, March 15, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born December 8, 1945, to the late Earnest and Hazel Howard of Atlanta, Georgia. Jean enjoyed music, sunbathing, and watching the Falcons play football. She liked to pick and play with her sister, Carolyn. Raising her family was her top priority. She was a hard worker and the matriarch of the family. She was loved by many and will be missed beyond measure. Jean is survived by her son Dwayne Turner, siblings, Carolyn Helton, Ronnie Howard, Chris Howard, and Teresa Mathis. She has 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and other family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, her son Jeff Turner, her brother Richard Howard, and 4 great grandchildren Trey, Jeffrey, Lincoln, and Emory.
