Gary Howard Pelfrey

Gary Howard Pelfrey, age 60, of Winston died Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife and companion for over 20 years, Sandra Anderson Pelfrey; sons, Josh Simpson and Michael Arnold; sister, Brenda Pelfrey; brothers, Billy Joe and Johnny Pelfrey and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Gary attended Crossroads Church in Douglasville and worked as an electrician. He was known as a loving and up-front person. When Gary wasn't fishing or riding his Harley he enjoyed teasing his friends and family and making people laugh. He really cared about people and would be the first person to stop and help people on the interstate. In accordance with his wishes his body was cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice in Gary's name. A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Roy Davis Funeral Home. < center >
