Frances Marion Dunn

Frances Marion Dunn, 80, of Powder Springs passed away Tuesday March 1, 2011.She is survived by daughter, Jessie Ophelia Robbins (Tommy);son, Billy Dunn; five grandchildren, Russ Robbins (Katie), Tyler Robbins, Kellie Robbins and Bo Dunn all of Powder Springs; Kim Robbins Sasser (Steve) of Kennesaw; five great grandchildren, Ansley McVey of Powder Springs; Walker, Hunter, Sarah Joy and Sawyer Sasser of Kennesaw; sisters, Vernon Hermanson and JackieCorbitt of Brunswick, GA, several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years Russell (R.D.) Dunn and daughter Beatrice. Frances became the owner of R.D. Dunn Aluminum Products in 1999. Frances has always been a loving and devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother to her family.During her life she extended her love and generosity to many working couples, helping raise their children as if they were her own.Without hesitation Frances extended her love and kindness to families that were in need.With a loving heart and kind soul, Frances was a blessing to so many people.Frances will be truly missed by her children, her family, her extended families and many friends.The family will be receiving friends Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9.Services will be 2pm on Saturday at Roy Davis Funeral Home with Rev. Susan Gary Ashe officiating. Burial to follow in Powder Springs Cemetery.
