Floyd Buchanan Jr.

Mr. Floyd Buchanan, age 80 of Carrollton, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at Tanner Medical Center, Carrolton, GA.He is survived by his two sons, Frank and Floyd Buchanan; six daughters, Linda Ochal, Sandra Beardslee, Brenda Everitt, Patricia Buchanan, Deborah Catron, Penny Luker; 16 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren. A memorial service is planned for 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Braswell officiating. A gravesideservice is planned for the spring in New York at the family site with military honors. Mr. Buchanan was of the Episcopal faith and was also a United States Veteran, serving in the Navy during his enlistment. He also worked for Cobb County during his working career.
