Etta Mae Dick

Etta Mae Akins Dick passed away peacefully Monday, October 18, 2021. She was born on October 13, 1942, to the late Jesse and Lillie Akins. Etta was a homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved taking care of her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years James Dick, her children, Angela (Richard) Mooney, Pamela (Rodney) Mathen, Melinda Koonce, Tami (Steve) DeJames, James Eric (Terri) D’Richards, Julie (Erik) Sims.She has 15 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren, as well as her siblings, Charles Akins, Shirley Smith, Rayford Akins, Linda Van Orden, and Robbie Clemons, and many extended family members. Etta is preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers: William, Gene, Thomas, Waymon. She was loved and will be deeply missed by her family and friends and all her knew her.
