Ella Rae Frazier, 60, of Powder Springs passed away on September 7, 2021. She was born on August 18, 1961, to Virginia Anne and Earl Hobert Baker. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Tony Frazier; son T.J. (Mindy) Frazier; daughters Tabitha (Jared) Grayson and Tiffani (Dylan) Golden; grandchildren: Tyler Frazier, Justin Frazier, Dylan Frazier, Zoey Frazier, Jake Grayson, Wyatt Grayson, and Tinsley Grayson; sisters Patty (Steve) Wilson, Melanie (Earnie) Colvin; brothers Ronny (Joyce) Baker, and Eric (Robin) Baker. She also cared for many as though they were her own. She attended Mableton Pentecostal Church for over 45 years and currently was First Lady of New Faith Pentecostal in Dallas, Georgia. Family will receive friends on Sunday September 12, 2021, from 4-6 at Roy Davis Funeral Home and funeral services will be held on Monday September 13, 2021, at 2 p.m. from Atlanta West Pentecostal Church in Lithia Springs with the family receiving guest from 1-2 p.m. and burial following the services at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
