Eldora Saylors Mcconnell

Eldora Saylors McConnell, 92, passed away at home on June 29, 2016 surrounded by her devoted family.She will be remembered as a lady who loved her family and cherished her faith.Her husband, Robert T. McConnell, precedes Mrs. McConnell in death.She leaves to cherish her loving memory a daughter, Shirley Pope; 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, a special great-grandson, Tyler Pope, serving in the US Army; 2 sisters, Carrie Miller and Sara Matthews and a host of other friends and relatives. The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, July 3, 2016 from 12 pm-2 pm at Roy Davis Funeral Home in Austell.A graveside funeral service will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville.Roy Davis Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
