Edna Erle Mcgee

Edna Erle McGee, 77, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Sunday, April 18th, 2021. She was born on October 8th, 1943 in Alabama to Jesse and Pearl Ellis. She is survived by her daughters; D. Melanie McGee of Powder Springs, GA and Tonya E. (Michael) Patterson of Hiram, GA. Grandchildren; Michael Patterson and Jalene Ford. Great grandchildren; Jaden D. Tyler and Harmonee M. Tyler. Along with several other friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, James, Harvey, Charles, and Tommy Ellis. Edna was a homemaker most of her life. She loved taking care of kids. She had the biggest heart, probably bigger than she is. She loves to work in the garden outside and canning vegetables. She loves her grandchildren and great grandkids more than anything. She always had a cigarette in her hand. Even though she was mean to almost everyone, she still loved them; that’s just who she is. She is and always will be so loved by everyone.
