Earl Gilbert Lavender

Mr. Earl Lavender, age 84 of Marietta, died Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital.He is survived by his loving wife, Jane Cochran Lavender; son, Jeff Lavender of TN; daughters, Clarie Jordan of Douglasville, Beth Silver of Hiram; 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and one great grandchild. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, October 31, from 2 pm until 4 pm at the funeral home.A celebration of life memorial service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Marietta. He will be interred at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton on Friday 2:00 pm, November 5, 2010.
